7/8 lacrosse is full field 10 v 10
Players choose a position ( attack, midfield, defense or goalie).
Players can rotate positions if coach and player desire it.
Playing time is dependent on the effort put forth and attendance at practice.
Players missing practices will not get as much playing time as those that attend and work hard.

Teams will practice 2-3 times per week.
